Return your old laptop

You need to return your old device within 10 days of getting your new one. To return your old laptop, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you've backed up and synced your laptop

2. Shut down your laptop

3. Pack the laptop and the charger into the brown box that your new laptop arrived in 

4. We'll then contact you to arrange a courier collection or for you to return it to your local TechZone
