Return your old iPad

You need to return your old device within ten days of receiving your new one. To return your old iPad, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you've backed up and synced your iPhone and set up your new phone

2. Pack the iPad and the charger into the box that your new phone arrived in (if you still have it)

3. We'll then contact you to arrange a courier collection or for you to return it to your local TechZone

4. Your iPhone will be securely erased once we get it back!
