Return your old Mac

You need to return your old device within ten days of receiving your new one. To return your old laptop, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you've backed up and synced your laptop

2. Pack the laptop and the charger into the box that your new laptop arrived in 

3. We'll then contact you to arrange a courier collection or for you to return it to your local TechZone

4. Your Mac will be securely erased once we get it back!
